PVC Lubricant H-60 is based on neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols. It is a vidiite or slight yel- low debris or free-flowing powder, odourless. It doesn’t dissolve in water but dissolves in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and tdchloromethane. Its melting point is 42-48 ℃ flash point > 225℃ , volatiles: (96 hour/90 ℃ )< 1%.
PVC Lubricant H-74 is based on high molecular, multi-fimctLonal fatty acid esters (complex ester). It is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odourless. It doesn't dissolve in water but dissolves in tribufyl phosphate (TBP)and trichloromethane. Its melting point is 48-56℃ , flash point >230℃, volatiles: (96 hour /90℃)<1%.
H-60 as a hard PVC products processing lubricant, and other additives with the PVC has good compatibility, for a varidy of processing conditions, can promote homogeneous melt plasticization, improved impact strength and surface gloss, can be widely applied in transparent film, aggregates, profiles, sheet, pipe, the amount is usually 0.3-1.2 parts, due to increase in special cases.
H-74 external lubricant for PVC processilig, especially for hard / soft PVC granules, transparent sheet, plate, shrink film, calendering the film processing. It allows prolonged plastics materials, to reduce the torque balance, to enhance the release effect, improving the surface finish of the article. Adding content is generally 0.3- 0.8 parts (transparent), 0.3-U parts (opaque), may be uio'eased under special circumstances.
